Sham El Nessim

SO yesterday in egypt, it was National Holiday of 'Sham el Nessim' Basically its a tradition where all families go out on this day, and eat salted aged fish with lots of onions, bread and tahina. I stayed at home being pregnant and tired.. SO at home we grilled the fish directly on the stove fire, then peeled away the skin and deboned the fish and meat, then we squeezed lots of lemon and oil on top and ate with onions and tahina and bread.. oh and dont forget the water because its SALTY. But oh so nice. masha'allah.

Ok i should've taken a photo of the fish before we put it on the stove because here it looks like its exploded and un appetizing.. but its just the skin peeled away from the hot fire.
ANd the table spread.
