@ The Black Jubah you can good iraqi biryani, different variations will pop up. With stuffed vegetable, i dont know where they originated, probably in the middle east.. i make the stuffing with a mixture of rice, onions, herbs and spices.

Agree with Mariam, never heard of Iraqi Beriani too, I guess every country got their own Beriani.
Stuffed vegetables are Turkish isn't it...? how do you make the stuffings? Ii it the same like the Italian Canolli?
