Home Made Food.. :)

Iraqi Biryaani.. really delicious, but takes effort.

Chinese Stir Fry.. Classic that I just love.

Koshary ofcourse...

                                                  Stuffed Vegetables.. its a must around here.. and YES those are WHITE eggplants.. something you dont find in Australia.

Assalamualaikum,
Agree with Mariam, never heard of Iraqi Beriani too, I guess every country got their own Beriani.

Stuffed vegetables are Turkish isn't it...? how do you make the stuffings? Ii it the same like the Italian Canolli?

you can good iraqi biryani, different variations will pop up. With stuffed vegetable, i dont know where they originated, probably in the middle east.. i make the stuffing with a mixture of rice, onions, herbs and spices.
